[JDEV] voice chat - part XYZ

hi,

i strongly work on voice chatting for greenthumb. i have put up a short 
diagram about it on http://greenthumb.jabberstudio.org . voice chatting 
works already nicely without negotiating - not in a jabber enviroment. 
Negotiating session parameters is the most twiddle-intensive part.

Feedback about the negotiation is highly appreciated!

Someone can create a proxy component in the next weeks?
