This JEP is a stream profile. Therefore, it can only use streams that
are valid to JEP-95 Stream Initiation. Currently that's only IBB and
S5B. FTP and HTTP type urls should be handled through the old iq:oob
method, for now. LW is looking at making a more official "stream" for
those types of URLs as well.
