I didn't find actual patches but references to them like this:

This was a message from Stefan Stringler (steve) at zeank.in-berlin.de 
on 19-2-2003 17:08, subject: "fixed bugs in wcs". IMO there where some 
more messages like that.

Also found this in a message sent 30-12-2001:

"I was on the WCS mailing list (until it got deprecated;-), and
i think i followed the first release, but since then i have lost track."

Depreciated? Hmm?
