[JDEV] Ordering roster groups?

Ok, wasn't sure what implications this would have on the protocol, I was 
kind of thinking along the lines of what Temas told in his post but was 
hoping that there was a more trivial solution :D

But I can live with a client-side solutions.. I guess I'll just have to 
start nagging the Psi developers (psi only shows the groups in 
alphabetical order at the moment).
