[JDEV] JabberCentral [Was: Trillian Poll]

It would probably be cool to randomize the contents of the list, so that a
different server appears as the default.

I'd also be willing to talk to some folks here to see if we'd be ok with
setting jabber.com to be the default, with us signing up to deal with the
load issues.
