I think this is actually a decent point, honestly; if we're expecting
people to tweak their client default settings to not send HTML e-mail (even
as a multipart/alternative type) for the sake of greatest legibility for
the largest number of people, it's probably only fair to ask people to send
PGP as armored ASCII rather than MIME.

Just my $0.02, though. :)
