[JDEV] MSN-t

I'm developing msn-tng, which, as Mattias said, is a completely new
program.  It won't be ready any time soon, but should be a vast
improvement on the old transport.

One of the reasons it'll be better is that the MSN protocol isn't yet
fully understood, and I've been involved in the effort to
reverse-engineer and document the protocol.  That's a large part of the
reason there haven't been any check-ins in the last two weeks - I've
been busy researching and writing up.
