[JDEV] jabberd2 + transports

Any of the transports which use a socket connection method can run with 
jabberd2.  If a transport runs as a library with jabberd, then you 
should be able to run a copy of jabberd connected to your jabberd2 
server as you would when running these transports in their own process 
with jabberd.
