[JDEV] looking for a CVS for wxSkabber

See the note from temas about JabberStudio -- the license Edrin wanted to
use is not a code license and may we too restrictive for us to host the
source code on JabberStudio (an unsuspecting developer could grab the code
and then be "tainted" by the experience).
