[JDEV] looking for a CVS for wxSkabber

Just want to note why we're not putting this in CVS. #1) The license
was confusing when applied to code, it's designed for art stuff more
than code. #2) The license, or what Edrin wants the license to be
seems more restrictive than we can allow in the JS CVS due to its public
nature.
