OT but reminded meRe: [JDEV] XML "feed" for server list

This is OT (from this subject) but the thread reminded me of something I once
looked into with no luck. Is there any way for the server's browse response
to change dynamically? Can an admin add or remove services from the server's
browse without bouncing it? Has there ever been a reason why/why not?

Thanks
