[JDEV] Oracle support for xdb_sql

I'm the maintainer of the xdb_sql project. I think it would be very damageable
to the community to loose your Oracle backend.
So if you could send me a patch with all the modifications (and maybe a file
explaining how to integrate your stuff) you made, I'll merge it in xdb_sql ...
