[JDEV] webclient project

As far as I can see it's not pure Javascript at all. There's a Java applet 
or two knocking about there somewhere.

client/socket.class?rev=1.1&content-type=text/vnd.viewcvs-markup
and probably others.

That said, I've used it for testing and it would be a pretty good basis for 
more development.
