[JDEV] Transports w/ cygwin?

Here's the debug output while trying to use a client to register with
the JIT transport.  It's been slightly reformatted for some readability.
Notice that JIT never seems to answer with instructions.  If anyone has
a clue why from this spew, please let me know!  Thanks.

Try running with -D (debug) switch and look at the output.

Should not be necessary at the moment.
