[JDEV] Problems with delegates in C# using JabberCOM

If you want to access Jabber from .Net, you could try out Jabber-Net, which
is a native .Net library, instead of using COM interop.  Put it in your
toolbox, drop a JabberClient on your design surface, fill out the connection
properties, double-click on the OnMessage event, etc.
