[JDEV] jabberd cvs changes

I've just committed some code to jabberd14 cvs that fixes some locking
issues with the xdbcache.  This was the cause of the jabber.org
instability after moving to xdb_sql.  So, if you are having probs with a
different xdb backend, you might want to check out the changes.  The
bulk is in jabberd/xdb.c and a one line addition to jabberd/jabberd.h.
