[JDEV] How can I white the C/C++ code to connect to the server running in the LAN?

Hello everybody,

Now my boss want me to white the code to connect the the server running in
the LAN. I pass the IP address of the server to the "server name" of the
session but connection failed. I use Exodus and set the "Host" and "Port"
properly in the "Connection Details" dialog - and it works.

I have found a group of Set/Get Proxy Name/Port/and so forth function in the
session and I have set these value properly but still failed to connect to
the server. Is there anyway to connect to the server running in the LAN by
code? Thanks every help in advance.
