[JDEV] Fenchurch: Looking for new Maintainer

hi everyone!

in the past, i started developing a jabber web client called
'Fenchurch'. now i can't find enough time to continue developing.

so i am looking for a new maintainer who want to overtake that project. 

everything in the project is written in php. for more details, see the
