[JDEV] lcikable jabber links

That sort of thing is pretty easy to do on windows but im not sure about
linux and others (in windows its just a matter of a few registry entries to
set it up).

I think the following styles of URL would be more useful:

<a href="jabber:user at jabber.org">Chat with me</a>

<a href="jabber:user at jabber.org?cmd=subscribe">Add me to your contacts</a>
