[JDEV] lcikable jabber links

do any win32 clients support the idea using a mime-type to support 
lcikable jabber links? what i have in mind is to be able to have URLs in 
(internal, hence no problems with compatability) html pages, whcih when 
clicked on, open the jabber client ready to send a message to the person 
identified in the link, e.g

in the html:

<a href="jabber://darrell@jabber.ku24.com">Chat with Darrell</a>
