[JDEV] Changing a user's session vcard-temp parameters from another

I'm trying to figure out how to change one user's vcard-temp paramters from another session, an admins.

How should I modify the server code to let a special user to modify other user's roster data.

I think I just need to know where the "To" parameter is checked against the session and by-pass the check.

Anyone better versed in the code have explicit pointers?
