[JDEV] Mu-conference implementation of JEP-0045 Multi User Chat

Hi all,

I have some questions about the mu-conference multi user
chat implementation. 

In particular, does the mu-conference fully implement all 
of the functionality outlined in the JEP-0045 draft document. 
If it doesn't is there any documentation that outlines the
functionality that is fully implemented?

Are there any jabber clients that anyone is aware of that 
support all of the multi user chat functionality, i.e granting
moderation privileges, managing the voice list, banning users,
kicking users etc etc.
