[JDEV] Using a port other than 5269 for server to server communication

Well in theory you could use a seperate sub domain of test.netwin.co.nz and
setup SRV records for it that use a port of 5270 instead of 5269, but im not
entirely sure if that works properly with the normal jabberd, ive tried that
before and the external jabberd's did not seem to always use the SRV record
and just kept trying to connect to 5269.
