[JDEV] Web client

FWIW - At least one version of JabberZilla was working.  (I've used it
in the past.)  The current version doesn't seem to work on my system,
although the project page claims it runs on Mozilla 1.2.x (I'm on 1.3).

It doesn't use JAVA, AFAIK. . .
