[JDEV] Presence indicator for web page

Hi there,
A better place, afaik, to get this code is from the cvs server on
jabberstudio.org. The two parts you will need are old-projects/wcs and
old-projects/http. The latter module allows you to run modules which
use http in the jabberd. I use wcs for the presence on my website, and
it works well.
