[JDEV] Jabber IM in peer to peer mode

Yup.  No standard for it.  However, it would be completely within spec to
establish a connection, then use oob to establish a direct connection, or
PASS to route a socket through the server, and run a standard jabber packet
stream through that connection.  Just a bit of fancy client work.  No server
changes needed.
