[JDEV] Yahoo registers but nothing after that??

This error only occurs in two cases: one, the Yahoo transport cannot 
contact the Yahoo server scs.yahoo.com on port 5050, or, two, if the 
Yahoo transport cannot write out the user's Yahoo registration XML file.
