[JDEV] Can jabber ask questions (i.e. polling)?

Several clients, including Exodus and Jarl have implemented jabber:x:data
(http://www.jabber.org/jeps/jep-0004.html) which should do what you want.
The interesting bit is how to allow a user to create a form... I don't know
of a client that has added that functionality yet.
