[JDEV] Second call for compliance committee members

Hello folks,

Things got off to a slow start in the compliance committee so I'm sending
out a second call for participation. If you're interested in serving on the
committee or just helping out, please sign up for the compliance@ mailing
list (http://www.jabber.org/about/lists.php).

Our first task will be defining the committee's agenda and getting work
underway!
