[JDEV] DRAFT: JEP-0016 (Server-Based Privacy Rules)

Per a vote of the Jabber Council, JEP-0016 (Server-Based Privacy Rules)
has been advanced to a status of Draft. This is a standards-track
proposal for flexible whitelisting and blacklisting (and the storage of
such lists server-side). In about 60 days I'll be asking for developers to
share their implementation experience with this protocol, so get busy. :))
