[JDEV] Jabber.org Client Chart

Well, the first question is:  do the clients currently listed as having 
"headline support" actually live up to the requirements?  And what are those 
requirements?  I like Michael's idea, but my guess is that none of the 
clients treat headlines that way, and so the actual requirements are not so 
lofty.

Can someone explain what the _current_ headline support requirements are?
