[JDEV] Jabber.org Client Chart

Hi,

I'm thinking the "Headline Support" column should be removed.  Apparently even 
my client Psi qualifies, simply because it shows headline messages using a 
different icon alert.  Jonathan, feel free to flag Psi as having headline 
support then.

OR, remove the headline support section entirely, since the qualification is 
almost pointless.  What do others think?
