I have some doubts regarding the Conferences in Jabber .

1) Whats the version of the Conferencing module that was used in jabber.com? 
 Is it downloadable?
        If yes, can someone give me the URL from where that component can be downloaded...

2) How to implement the Invite Only Rooms in Jabber conferencing as supported by latest JIM??

3) How to implement a Persistent Room ??
