[JDEV] User invitation while one-to-one chat

hi
i saw an interesting feature in Microsoft messenger.
While i chat with someone, i can invite somebody else to chat with us,making a chat in thre. Can this be done with jabber to? If not, can this be somehow implemented using a new JEP?
