One way of doing this on the 1.4.2 server is using a server component 
that uses <route/>. This isn't very documented though, a place to start 
would be: http://www.theoretic.com/?Jabber_Components I believe that in 
Jabber 1.5/2.0 this will be changed though, so I'm not sure if it will 
remain compatible.
