Yes you are right. The COM layer (ATEClient) allows you to build a stand
alone client or connects to ASP.

sorry i didn't know that you guys already had an ASP client hence my post
last night. However am i correct in assume that you guys have placed bulk of
the biz logic in the COM layer and use the ASP mainly for the presentations?
