HI,
I am planning to migrate my users from the filesystem (xdb_file) to mysql
as backend (xdb_sql).
What I plan to do for this is to call a script which can interpret whatever is
saved in the user.xml file & insert into appropriate tables in mysql.
But the problem I face is, jabberd while saving the user's info in the user.xml
file follows a different standard & not the Jabber's Open XML protocol that
contains the 3 top level XML elements (message, presence, iq with the type
attribute explaining the purpose) which is known to one & all.
Is there some documentation availble somewhere on the significance/role of each
tag as the tagnames are varied. (I've got for example a password tag, a query
tag, zerok tag, a foo tag etc.)
Some help on understanding the user.xml file would be greatly appreciated.
Regards
