[JDEV] jabberd behind NAT fails s2s interoperation

Ok, I went back and took a look at what jabberd's requirements
are.  Well, I had pth 1.4.1.  I removed it from my system as
nothing else was using it and allowed jabberd to build 1.4.0 and
link against it.  s2s now appears to work.

I'm sorry for you guys chasing this around.  s2s interoperation
now works, at least with tipic.com, so I assume it will
elsewhere.  Now to setup jud etc.
