[JDEV] jabberd behind NAT fails s2s interoperation

Is there one out there that should interoperate?  I signed up at
tipic.com and a message from mmead at tipic.com to mmead at goof.com
yields server connect failed.  Same exact thing from
mmead at goof.com to mmead at tipic.com.
