[JDEV] Black/whitelist support in clients

Hi all,

Just thought I'd let you all know that jabberd2 now supports
jabber:iq:privacy (JEP-0016) for creating server-based black/whitelists
("zebra" lists). At the moment, I'm not aware of any clients that have
implemented this spec (mostly because there hasn't been a server to
develop against), so here's your chance to be the first ;)
