[JDEV] JabberApplet new release.... almost

There has been some work lately on the JabberApplet.
We hope to have an update soon (and a move from
sourceforge to jabberstudio). Unfortunately my disk
crashed and I lost some of the work as well as the
email address of whomever was sending me some of those
changes.  If you're out there and you know who you are
please email me again.
