[JDEV] Jabber.org eating XHTML messages

I sent this exact packet (with suitably changed to and from attributes)
from my regular account to my test account on jabber.org, and it arrived
intact. Same when sent in the other direction. I'm not sure where to go
with it from here.

This it true. jadc2s did have some XML regeneration bugs in the past,
but we seem to have got all of those out.
