[JDEV] conference room creation

Hi there,

With the existing conference (0.4 or v2) you can't avoid entering the
  room.

With MU-Conference, you can. Its a new conference system I released
  today, based on JEP-0045 (http://www.jabber.org/jeps/jep-0045.html)
If you send a room configuration request to a room that doesn't exist,
the room is created and the configuration form is returned to you. The
problem is that normal rooms get deleted after ~5 minutes of being
empty, so you'll want to enable the 'persistent' option. This will
mean the room exists, even if the server is restarted. The room
creator can then just destroy the room when they've finished with it.

Regards,

  David
