[JDEV] Problems with Win32 JabberD (v1.4.2 & v1.4.2CVS)

Yes, I am sure that it is working correctly.  All the accounts I created 
last week since still work today.

Although I do have cygwin installed on the machine, I am not running 
jabberd from cygwin.  I am running jabberd from the shortcut that the 
installer put in the Start\Programs\Startup folder.
