What's the general policy with cvs at jabberstudio.org?

Wouldn't it be meaningful to place (IMO important) patches as the one
mentioned above into the cvs-tree?

Looking through the tree (for jabberd14) I can't find patches which were
posted to this list the last months. Or is there another cvs for
jabberd?
