[JDEV] File transfers

Sure... but what happens when I want to transfer that 10 gig file on my
hard drive to you?

CPU Usage skyrockets because of the encoding mechanism and trying to put
it ALL in one XML message is going to be a headache....

You could split it up into a bunch of smaller messages (different email
clients do this) which could resolve the problem but then you are just
reinventing TCP/IP.
