[JDEV] Please Help very urgent with jabber

Hi Everyone

I m facing some problem with jabber
I have installed jabber
Now I want to embed JabberSMTP I have installed Apache
1.3 with perl + Jakarta-tomcat + JAMES (Java Apache
Mail Enterprise Server) + Sendmail, now I want to
Embed JabberSMTP along with Sendmail + JAMES, can
anyone tell me proper steps how to configure,

Also I want to have some file system where a user can
save file on server through jabber client & another
user can download the files using jabber client. 

Also I need lot of help
Can you help in working with jabber
Where Can I find a right person who can really help
me.
