Sending a message to all online users:
send a message to your host with resource announce/online
example: <message to='floobin.cx/announce/online'><body>Blah blah
blah</body></message>
Setting the MOTD:
send a message to your host with resource announce/motd
example: <message to='floobin.cx/announce/motd'><body>This is the
motd</body></message>
You must be configured as an admin user to do this.
