I think some thing that can be very interesting is to add this "system"
to the server, so you can say the server has more transports that are
really in other jabber servers... like:

  <service id="msn.localhost">
     <etc/>
  </service>

  <service id="msn.otherhost">
     <etc/>
  </service>

  <service id="msn.anotherhost">
     <etc/>
  </service>

and could be fine to have something like:

  <service id="msn.servers">
     <service>msn.localhost</service>
     <service>msn.otherhost</service>
     <service>msn.anotherhost</service>
     <order>random</order>
  </service>

(order like random, sequencial, etc) so the user can add the transport msn.servers and the server gives him one transport from the list, or if the jabber admin wants, show all the msn transports from the list and the user selects..

What do you think about this?
