[JDEV] Theoretic.com Now Blocked

Right now you can already register with an AIM gateway on a server other
than the one you're connected to, by discovering what agents exist on that
server and then registering with those agents. Connecting to your "home"
server in no way prevents one from connecting to resources on other
servers.
